The 2025 Release Details

The first 1,000 bottles of the 2025 Cowboy Bourbon will be released on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 8AM exclusively at the distillery in Hye, Texas — first come, first served. Only 10,000 bottles will be available nationwide, making this year’s Cowboy one of the most sought-after bottles in Garrison Brothers history.
