The 2026 Release of Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whisky is a nature-driven, grain-to-glass expression crafted by Maker’s Mark at their Loretto, Kentucky estate. Made from locally grown grains and farmed to highlight the influence of the land itself, this whisky embodies the philosophy: Nature as the maker.

This annual release merges two distinct mashbills into one beautifully layered whisky. The 2026 blend consists of:

• 51% soft red winter wheat

• 27% malted soft red winter wheat

• 22% malted barley

All grains were harvested, distilled, and barreled in Fall 2016 and Fall 2017, then matured until reaching full cask strength character. Bottled at 57.35% alc/vol (114.7 proof), it delivers a spectrum of soft, sweet, and naturally complex flavors shaped by the environment, regenerative farming, and minimal intervention.
