For the 2025 Edition II, Freddie Noe selected three distinct bourbons representing his family’s lineage: Booker Noe’s bourbon brings oak, char, and smoke; Fred Noe’s bourbon contributes caramel, vanilla, and dark stone fruit; and Freddie’s own bourbon adds fresh apple and pear brightness. Bottled uncut at 120.8 proof, this blend represents an “infinity moment” in motion—complex, balanced, and deeply expressive.

In 2012, Fred Noe, the 7th Generation Beam Family Master Distiller, asked his son Freddie if he wanted to join the family business. Without hesitation, Freddie said yes, embarking on a journey through distillery operations and discovering a fascination with blending different aged spirits.
