Maturation and flavor

Distilled between 2013 and 2015, the rye matures in new American white oak before spending up to four years in rum casks as part of its total aging period. Date, brown sugar and vanilla aromas lead to ginger, rye spice and rum-cake notes, followed by molasses, tropical fruit and mature oak.
